Dined here today with friends. One of my friends is gluten free and the only choice for her on the menu was soup and chips. My friend does not eat fish. We have dined here before and there was always a choice of gluten free options.
Very disappointing. We hope the menu is revised in the new year.

Very nice hotel. Staff helpful and chatty. Food and drink prices reasonable. Its such a pity the town is so run down, but that is the case with all of the coastal towns.

Brilliant base for Perthshire and Aberdeenshire. If you just want a chill weekend, it's also a great place to stay and see Montrose

5mins walk from the golf course. Nice pleasant hotel. Plenty of off road parking. Only stayed one night, breakfast was included. Very good value.

Just had a two night stay in The Park and found it to be clean and comfortable if a little frayed at the seams (some decoration issues in the bedroom corridors). However, the rooms were comfortable, if a little dated, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The food was very good, hot and tasty, and we'd happily stay here in future. Some tattie scones would have made the breakfasts complete but you can't have everything I suppose 😊

The park is a lovely hotel, I have a long stay almost 4 weeks.
I am enjoying it; the location is ideal near park. Church, Tesco, Coop. The Front desk people are gentle and nice, the food and beverage are very good. The rooms are quite cozy and spacious compared to other hotels.
I am looking forward to my long stay.

I stayed here for one night for a business trip, the staff were very friendly and the room was clean if a bit dated. Unfortunately it was let down a bit by the food. I ordered a steak medium-rare and it arrived very over cooked, for dessert was a sticky toffee pudding but the portion was small. I'd expect a bit more for the price of the meal.
Overall I would stay again as the staff were excellent but the food could use a bit of work.

Went for dinner here. The atmosphere was good. There was a varied selection on the menu, and was very good value. Would particularly recommend the haggis bon bons. Staff were efficient and friendly. The hotel is well placed for access to the town. Definitely worth a visit.
